Air Over Hydraulic Brake Kit - Tandem Axle Trailer | Non-ABS | TH-1502
Description
When your trailer is hauling critical cargo behind an air-brake-equipped commercial vehicle, brake performance isn't a preference — it's a liability. Wheel lockup on slippery roads, loss of directional control, and flat-spotted tires aren't just costly problems; they're dangerous ones. If your trailer brake system can't respond precisely to what the tow vehicle demands, every load becomes a risk.
Bludot Air Over Hydraulic Trailer Kits are engineered specifically for the demands of commercial trailer operations — pintle hitch and gooseneck multi-axle equipment, utility trailers, and any air-brake-towed application where braking precision is non-negotiable. The system uses the tow vehicle's air brake signal to modulate hydraulic pressure at the trailer axles through a purpose-built control valve and air chamber/master cylinder assembly. The result is proportional braking that mirrors the tow vehicle's service brake input — smooth, responsive, and synchronized.
For fleet operators and trailer technicians who can't afford guesswork in the brake system, this kit delivers the engineered confidence that professional commercial hauling requires. This kit is available in single or all-axle configurations. Torsion axle kits also available.
